CNY day 1

The morning jog was a good chance to burn off the remaining alcohol in my blood and yesterday's sumptous reunion dinner. I took the time to clear my mind, ponder over some stuff and enjoy the morning breeze. It was just the thing to douse all the uncertainties inside.

Then my aunt had to drive me nuts when she commented that it was her house and that she could scold anyone she liked on Chinese New Year. Whatever. I didn't need that, and I can't guarantee that the next time you say that, I wouldn't stomp out of the house.
YOUR HOUSE.

Ah Long Pte Ltd wasn't as good as I made it out to be. Of course there's the laughable parts, but most of it didn't manage to amuse me.

Dinner at Grandma's place was alright. I was more fascinated over my little niece and nephew, who were such darlings. My cousin couldn't keep her cool when it comes to handling them, though. Her sudden outbursts often caught me by surprise. I'm too family-oriented.

The drive home was strangely quiet, but it wa because I was at the wheel and my youngest sister was sleeping soundly.

Been thinking alot, thinking... I'm still thinking.
