CNY day 2

I would like to express my utter discontentment with the TV station. The CCTV CNY countdown programme’s advertisement had broadcasted a part with David singing on it, and viewers like us assume that he’ll be appearing on the programme. However, after staying up until the programme ended at 4am the next day, there was no sign of David on the programme. Did they trim that portion? Or did he not appear on the programme at all? All I know is that I feel damn cheated and I’m super lethargic after waiting for 6 hours.
WTH.

Chinese New Year never fails to make me feel extra guilty not just because of all the sinful goodies that had invaded my kitchen, but chucking aside that humongous stack of pending homework and pretending to take in the sights with much enthusiasm just sounds like taboo. I need to get started on that Political Science essay, my Japanese Studies project, my New Media project, my EL1101E tutorial, and my Kanji. Oh great.

After taking over the wheel for the festive season, I deem myself an errant driver. I never fail to cut into the other lanes by accident, sway my steering wheel, drive the adjacent cars crazy, forget my signal lights, overuse the accelerator, scare the motorbikes weaving in and out of traffic and the list tends to infinity. My vertical parking’s a nightmare as well, but I happen to get it right the first time round most of the time.Beginner’s luck.

P.S: Thanks for keeping me entertained and awake yesterday night with your nonsense while I was waiting to catch David on TV. That was the longest phone call I’ve ever had. I'm still thinking.
