The morning jog was a good chance to burn off the remaining alcohol in my blood and yesterday's sumptous reunion dinner. I took the time to clear my mind, ponder over some stuff and enjoy the morning breeze. It was just the thing to douse all the uncertainties inside.
Then my aunt had to drive me nuts when she commented that it was her house and that she could scold anyone she liked on Chinese New Year. Whatever. I didn't need that, and I can't guarantee that the next time you say that, I wouldn't stomp out of the house.
YOUR HOUSE.
Ah Long Pte Ltd wasn't as good as I made it out to be. Of course there's the laughable parts, but most of it didn't manage to amuse me.
Dinner at Grandma's place was alright. I was more fascinated over my little niece and nephew, who were such darlings. My cousin couldn't keep her cool when it comes to handling them, though. Her sudden outbursts often caught me by surprise. I'm too family-oriented.
The drive home was strangely quiet, but it wa because I was at the wheel and my youngest sister was sleeping soundly.
Been thinking alot, thinking... I'm still thinking.

Happy Chinese New Year
I need someone to shake me violently until I feel nauseous; it's surreal, but I don't know if it came at the same time. After talking it out with Nx, I'm still at a loss for decisions. I quitted the conversation telling myself that I should wait, and came back on questioning the feasibility of it all. I'm not desperate; it just seemed as though things tend to happen at the point of time when which I needed a source of staple emotional reliance and that I'm ready to pay attention to someone else in life. I'm still largely hesitant, and I fear facing an abrupt moment of truth. I won't know if my decision will the best for the both of us, but I'm tempted to give it a shot.
I just wanna say, I'm sorry for running away from it all, but I wasn't ready to manage that
emotional fluctuation you caused yesterday.
Happy Chinese New Year~

I'm my own superwoman
Breakfast was lovely, despite the fact that I didn't get my usual tau huey fix. Never mind, that shall wait. I don't have tau huey running in my veins, neither will my steps falter because soya deficiency. Thanks to Jane's mum for the pineapple tarts and cornflake cookies; I'm going to have a hard time swearing off them.
Second task of the day was to fix up my new PC monitor single-handedly, since my sisters couldn't care more than to wait for everything to be fixed up so that they could continue watching Romantic Princess on Youtube. That darn PC table was a hell to start with, because I had to adjust the metal bar which propped the monitor platform up. Screw that metal bar, literally. Wrestling with that darn thing almost costed me a couple cuts if it hadn't been for my quick reflexes. Getting the bar out was a chore; getting it back in was a physical war with metal and metal. But the pretty little thing's finally up and sitting snugly on the computer desk:

1. I got my lovely bag after a month-so-long wait. My mum nagged again, but that woman' probably just jealous. Hello, you're got your Gucci, so stop rattling away.

I'm a happy woman today because:
1. I got my lovely bag after a month-so-long wait. My mum nagged again, but that woman' probably just jealous. Hello, you're got your Gucci, so stop rattling away.
2. I'm back to mugging, and that's a good sign.
3. I hope he's received the card.
4. I loved the duet we did yesterday. Can we fix that?
5. I'm still missing the dessert.
6. I'm my own superwoman~!

Twice shy
Ok, so those aunts did ask me who was the guy who sent me home the other day and whether he was my boyfriend, and she even added, "You don't get yourself into this kind of things so early ah..." Just to clarify some stuff before I go crazy.
1.He's not my boyfriend.
2.He didn't send me home. He allowed me to drive his car back.
3.I don't have a boyfriend, neither do I have the ability to get one.
4.It's not too early for me to get into a relationship. I'm already 20 this year, for God's sake.
5.I'm not sure if I'll like those kind of guys.
The shouting match did a huge deal of damage to a supposedly perfect day. If you're so smarty-pantsy, go get your own computer monitor yourself instead of asking me to get it for you. I was lucky to have a good friend help me lug it to the MRT station in the rain, or else I would have just chucked it. It's the second time this month you're trying to ruin my day, and it's starting to make me contemplate hostel life next semester so I don't have to survive those brainless comments.
Thanks to Jack, anyway. You made going hungry worth while.
